Where to start…Let’s start at the front of the “house” with Michele. Michele has the unfortunate job of calling me and giving me the “damage” when I take my automobiles to Auto Tech. Michele has always been very knowledgeable and professional in explaining exactly what repairs need to be done and the expense involved and since I am in the auto sales end of the business I can appreciate and respect how she handles herself and her position. Then there is Rebekah…always a smile and is always there to assist in any manner required. She has continuously gone out of her way for not only me but the dozen or so people I have referred to Auto Tech. She would be a welcome addition to my Company any time! Last but not least there is Jeff…Jeff seems to be able to diagnose issues on vehicles that even the “dealer” can’t. He is thorough and knowledgeable and does not recommend work that doesn’t need to be done to increase the bottom line like the Dealerships do. As someone who runs a Used Car Dealership I can attest to how hard it is to find someone as honest and upfront as he is. Thanks again to all of you…As a dealer, who wants his customers to be taking care of before and after the sale, I will not only continue using Auto Tech but I will continue referring people to you. I am writing to say a big “Thank You”. I brought my 10 year old (paid for) car in for a trip inspection in January. I knew that many things would need repair. I received numerous calls during the day regarding the various repairs that would need to be made. I was given the price of the repair and an idea of urgency. I went ahead and had everything brought up to best running condition. I had a few other issues come up more recently and had the car in again on 2/18/13. Once again, I received the same wonderful service. I got regular phone calls and the repairs were done in a timely manner. Your prices are reasonable and you all go out of your way to make your customer’s feel welcome and involved. I also appreciate the ride to work. Having the car serviced was a good investment. I hope to be driving it for a long time, thanks to you. I am glad to be one of your customers and i will recommend your service to others.

I just want to say ‘thank you’ so much for all that you and Auto Tech has done for my family and me. Every day I talk to other business owners and representatives, and I’m constantly amazed at how Customer Service has now become “Customer No-Service”. The rudeness and unprofessionalism (as well as just common courtesy) seems to be about gone. However, you’ve always been a joy to speak to. You go out of your way to help me whenever I call and I just want you to know how pleasant it is to speak with someone at the other end of the phone line who is actually caring and patient. The same goes for Jesse and everyone else too. I know that dealing with the public can be really painful at times, but you handle it all in a great way. Also, the work done on our vehicles by the Auto Tech staff has been second to none. Car repairs and the expense isn’t a fun part of life, but you and Auto Tech make it all a smooth and first-class process. Don’t change! You’re rare, so keep doing what you’re doing!

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation to Auto tech. I had a pre purchase inspection done on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. They found a lot of issues with the vehicle and gave me a rough estimate of the repairs needed. They put themselves in my position and gave me a honest answer about purchasing the vehicle. I will be back for my next vehicle inspection. When buying a used car there are two major steps you need to take, get a car fax and go to Auto tech. Thank you Auto tech for saving me from a complete mess of a car.
Recently my wife’s Saturn began having problems. We took it to a local dealer for repair. After hooking it up to their computer they found a couple of parts needing to be replaced. This did not solve the problem. They suggested it might be an exhaust issue. So, off to the exhaust shop I go. The Catalytic Converter and Muffler were replaced and this seemed to help, a bit. Next stop was for new plugs and wires. While all of these things were needed, the problem persisted. A retired mechanic and old family friend suggested Auto Tech. Like the dealer, they hooked it up to a computer, did an analysis and gave me their thoughts on what the problem was. This was Monday, June 7. By Wednesday, June 9, we had the car back and what a difference! It runs smoother and has more pep. Whenever, I have mechanical problem with either of our vehicles, I’m going to Auto Tech.

Thank Jeff for his service on my prizm and Tony for topping off my oil. Everyone there works together for everyone. Robert said he has completed 6 months of service. I really do appreciate his insight. He is so enjoyable to talk to and his knowledge on the radio sure has helped him in his new career.

Your Techs did an amazing job on my 1989 Ford Van. I know it was not an easy task considering the condition the van was in. The work that the techs performed was high quality and just plan great.

In August I brought in my 1994 Oldsmobile Regency business car for service and repairs. After the repairs were made we started on a business trip and realized that there were still problems. We returned it to the shop and Tony (I believe was his name) carefully and thoughtfully went over the car and Scott took it to another shop to have the tires balanced. Whatever you did to the car made a world of difference when we picked it up and drove it to Louisville the next weekend. We checked and the car got 32!! mpg – mostly open road travel. When I told a mechanically savvy friend about our surprise at the mileage for such a big car, he called it hyper-mileage and said that it meant all the systems on the car were working at top capacity. We continue to get peak mileage and performance and the car is running like a dream. Thank you for your attention to detail. I appreciate the care you took with my Olds and I will recommend you without hesitation at every opportunity.
A special Thanks…. to Auto Tech Service who provided the free car inspection to club members. Many of our cars had low tire pressure. Correcting this simple problem will save on the wear and tear of the tires, help improve gas mileage (under-inflated tires can increase fuel consumption by up to 6 percent*), and help save the planet by driving “green.” – (50 – 80 percent of the tires rolling on US roads are under-inflated and we could save up to two billion gallons of gas each year simply by properly inflating our tires.*) * reported in the AAA Journeys Magazine.

My only comment is this:
When a repair is made, you do not have to return several times to make adjustments to the same work. It is fixed right the first time by a friendly, knowledgeable staff.
